Five steps to entrance. Large beamed living/dining-room. Wood-burning stove and patio door to garden. Modern kitchen with stable door to orchard garden. Steep stairs to first floor. Double bedroom with 5ft bed (zip & link) and 2ft 3in bed (for +1 child). Twin-bedded room. Bathroom/W.C. with corner bath and over-bath shower. Useful drying/storage room e.g. for wet clothes/bicycles

Electricity, electric radiators and fuel for wood-burning stove all included. Ample parking for cars, trailer/boat. TV, Video (with children's library), Washing machine, Tumble dryer, Microwave, Dishwasher, Freezer, Cot, High-chair. Garden with furniture. Shared use of small boating lake (toddlers beware!) and 160-acre farmland. Natural spring water supply. Duvets with linen and towels.
