From A38 Exeter - Plymouth Dual Carriageway, Exit onto the A384 (A385) to Totnes and then take the A381 Kingsbridge (Dartmouth) road. At Halwell on the A381 you can either take the slip road on the left by the Church, or continue on the main road and turn left onto the A3122 Dartmouth road, immediately after the green B.P. Garage. After about 2 miles you will pass the Forces Pub, then Woodlands Leisure Park and Dartmouth Golf Club. Soon after that there are yellow speed retardant lines on the road and a junction (Oldstone X)... ...Turn right onto the Strete, Slapton and Torcross road. Go round a left-hand bend, up a slight hill then down a hill and along the level take the first left to Middle Wadstray Farm. (That is about half a mile from A3122).
You could also follow the Woodlands Leisure Park signs from A38.

Take A3122 towards Totnes. After approx. 4 miles at a sharp corner (Sportsmans Pub) continue left, pass Garden Centre on left then take next left towards Strete and Slapton. Go round a left-hand bend, up a slight hill then down a hill. On reaching the level take the first left to Middle Wadstray Farm. We are about half a mile from the A3122.
